The range of application:

適用于干燥或潮濕的室內，無(wú)強應力緩釋或強制引導的自由連續往復運動(dòng)下的安裝，

特別是工業(yè)使用環(huán)境下的頻繁彎曲場(chǎng)合，如木工機械、機床加工設備、物流輸送系統、起重機場(chǎng)合等。

It is suitable for dry or wet rooms and installation without strong stress or free continuousreciprocatingmovement. It is special suitable for the working places of Woodworking Machine, machine tool equipment,logistics conveyer system, crane and other related equipments.

Character:

防水、防油、耐寒、抗紫外線(xiàn)、耐磨、阻燃

Waterproofing; oil resistance; cool resistance; abrasion resistance; flame resistance;anti-ultraviolet.

作為拖鏈電纜時(shí)，彎曲壽命500萬(wàn)次以上。

Construction:

導 體：多股超細精絞無(wú)氧銅絲，符合VDE0295CLASS 6標準

Conductor: Fine strands of oxygen-free copper wire,

acc. to VDE0295 CLASS 6

絕 緣：特殊混合PVC絕緣

Insulation: special PVC

 

顏 色：≤0.5mm顏色表示,棕、黑、藍、紫、粉紅、橙

≥0.5mm黑色數字白色號碼編號,3芯以上帶有黃綠接地線(xiàn)（黃綠可選）

Colour:≤0.5mm brown, black, blue, purple, pink, orange

      ≥0.5mm Cores black with consecutive white numbering. 3 cores or more with green/yellow earth wire

護 套：特殊改性PVC護套

黑色(RAL9005)或灰色(RAL7001)

Sheath: special PVC; black(RAL9005) or grey(RAL7001)

額 定 電 壓：截面＜0.5mm2: 300/300V  截面≥0.5mm2: 300/500V

最小彎曲半徑：固定安裝：5x電纜外徑；

移動(dòng)安裝：當行程＜10米時(shí)，彎曲半徑為7.5×d,當行程≥10米時(shí)，彎曲半徑為10×d。
