該電纜適用于地鐵隧道．輕軌、車(chē)站等人員相對集中．環(huán)境相對密閉的場(chǎng)所，因城市軌道交通多在地下．一旦發(fā)生火災．地下封閉的環(huán)境給人員逃生和消防工作帶來(lái)很大的困難，這些決定了敷設在該場(chǎng)所內的電纜不僅應具有很高的阻燃要求，而且特別要求在燃燒時(shí)不產(chǎn)生濃煙及有毒害作用的鹵酸氣體．減少對設備和儀器儀表產(chǎn)生的“二次災害”．同時(shí)該電纜還具有耐日光老化，防水及防鼠等性能，因此該電纜尤其適用于地鐵隧道和輕軌沿線(xiàn)及配電柜與地鐵之間．及地鐵和輕軌車(chē)站內部的電氣連接．作為直流牽引的電力傳輸。

八、電纜特性：Specifications

1、直流電纜導電線(xiàn)芯的長(cháng)期允許工作溫度應不超過(guò)90℃。

Long-term conductor temperature no exceeding 90℃

2、短路時(shí)最長(cháng)持續時(shí)間不超過(guò)5s．其導電線(xiàn)芯的最高溫度不超過(guò)250℃。

When short circuit happens the longest continuous time is not more than 5 seconds and the highest conductor temperature does not exceed 250℃

3、敷設時(shí)的環(huán)境溫度應不低于O℃。

Environment temperature not less than O℃．a(chǎn)s laying．

4、電纜敷設時(shí)的最小彎曲半徑應不小于電纜外徑的12倍。

The smallest flexible radius should not be less than 12 times of cable over-diameter as lying

5．低煙無(wú)鹵特性：滿(mǎn)足GB／T 17560-1998與GB／T 17651-1998的要求；

8、電纜的防水性能非常優(yōu)異．可以長(cháng)期浸泡在水中使用，而對其電性能影響很小。

The cable have excellent waterproof and are used in water for a long time but it doesn’t affect electric performance of cable.

9、電纜具有防紫外線(xiàn)性能．防紫外線(xiàn)性能完全能夠滿(mǎn)足GB 14049標準的要求：電纜在大氣和日光老化的作用下，試樣經(jīng)過(guò)42天老化后，護套的抗拉強度和裂伸長(cháng)率變化率應不超過(guò)±30％；經(jīng)過(guò)21天老化后，護套的抗拉強度和斷裂伸長(cháng)率變化率應不超過(guò)士15％的范圍。

The cables have capability of ultraviolet radiation resistance．conforming to GBl4049. Exposed in air and sunlight for 42 days．the variation of tensile strength and elongation at break of the sheath doesn‘t exceed ±30％,;and for 21 days．the variation does not exceed ±15％.

10、電纜具有防鼠咬性能．通過(guò)與空白試樣對比．經(jīng)過(guò)連續兩周試驗．試樣保護率≥95％。

Resistance to gopher：The protection radio of the cable is more than 95％in two-week’s test by comparing the original cable.

11、可以根據用戶(hù)需要生產(chǎn)其它型號和規格的直流電纜．也可提高電纜的耐溫等級到125℃．

We can manufacture other type cables according to consumer needs，and can make heat-resistant up to 125℃。
